Staff

Brad has been the Lead Pastor of Spring Valley Baptist Church since 2016. Prior to that, Brad served at a church in Florida as a Student Pastor for 11 1/2 years, as well as 6 1/2 years with Word of Life Fellowship.  In addition, Brad has spoken at teen and family camps, leadership retreats, training seminars, and more. Brad and Shallon have been married since August 2000, and they have two daughters, Emma and Keira.

One of Brad’s favorite verses is Hebrews 12:2 – Keeping our eyes on Jesus, the source and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that lay before Him endured the cross and despised the shame and has sat down at the right hand of God’s throne.

Randy Henderson is the Director of Music Ministries at Spring Valley Baptist Church. He and his wife Katrina have been active members of Spring Valley since 1989. Randy has been the Music Director since 2007, serving first as interim director, then as full staff member. The Hendersons have three children and five grandchildren. He is a graduate of Jacksonville State University.

One of Randy’s favorite verses is Romans 5:8 – But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
