What time are the services?

Sunday Morning:
Worship – 9:00 AM
Coffee & Donuts – 10:15 AM
Connect Groups – 10:30 AM

Wednesday Night:
All activities – 6:30 PM

How do I get there?

Spring Valley is located right on Highway 11 just 2.5 miles south of downtown Springville, and 4.3 miles north of I-59 Exit 148. 

Where should I park?

When you enter the parking lot, the parking spots on the left-hand side closest to the church building and underneath the trees are reserved for our guests.  Park in any available spot.

What should I wear?

Spring Valley has a “come as you are” atmosphere. You will see some dressed up; some dressed casual. We have no expectations for attire.  Our pastor usually wears jeans and a dress shirt.

What about my kids?

All children 5th grade and younger will need to be checked in at the SVKids check-in desk using our KidCheck computer.  To save time, you can create your account by clicking here any time before you arrive, or we will help you when you get here. Enter “Spring Valley Baptist Church” in the box that says “Where will you use KidCheck?”  To save time, there is even a KidCheck app that you can load on your smartphone and check-in before you walk in the door. In addition, all teachers and caregivers undergo a thorough background check before they’re allowed to serve with children.

During the worship hour, 1st – 5th grades start in the worship service and are dismissed before the message begins to attend Kids Church. On the last Sunday of each month including Easter 2024, 1st -5th graders remain in the worship service. Students in 6th – 12th grades will be a part of the worship service. During the Connect Groups hour, all children and students will go into a classroom with like ages for their own Connect Group.

What is a Sunday service like?

Our Sunday services offer powerful live worship and Biblical teaching that is relevant to everyday life. We are led in worship each week by our band, and we sing contemporary songs as well as more traditional hymns. Each service lasts about an hour and 15 minutes.

What are Connect Groups?

Connect Groups are our weekly Bible study that takes place Sunday morning at 10:30 AM at the church.  Stop by the Welcome Tent for more information.
